Payroll cannot wait on an invoice

Constraint. Small firms get paid late on invoices. Payroll still lands on a date. Waiting is not a strategy. We did not have a bank as a client. We had a problem and a chain we could actually program.

Decision. Model receivables as something you can split and move on Stellar, with rules in contracts we control. Keep the story small: timing of cash, not a new slogan for the company.
