Counter transaction, inventory-driven
Inventory, transfers, commissary, purchasing, branch P&L. QSR, café, milk tea, bakery, pharmacy, pet retail, agri-input.
01 — The problem
Standardisation across locations. Visibility for the franchisor. Simplicity for the franchisee. Every network has the same three problems.
02 — The category
Generic ERPs treat every location as a separate company. POS vendors stop at the counter. Royalty, franchisee compliance, commissary and branch performance belong in one place.
03 — The scope
Five to fifty branches. Keep your existing POS — we connect to it. See every branch's numbers by 9am.
How it works
In a neuron, the axon is the fibre that carries signal away from the cell body out to distant terminals. Head office is the cell body. Each branch is a terminal. What franchisors lack is conduction — signal from the centre reaching every branch, and signal from every branch returning fast enough to act on.
Unlike an agency, we own products and build ventures — so the tooling improves whether or not you are paying us this month.
See every branch's numbers by 9am.
Keep your existing POS. We connect to it.
Built for networks of 5 to 50 branches. Royalty, franchisee compliance, commissary and branch performance in one place.
Who it's for
We do not think in verticals. We think in operating archetypes, defined by how the business transacts.
Counter transaction, inventory-driven
Inventory, transfers, commissary, purchasing, branch P&L. QSR, café, milk tea, bakery, pharmacy, pet retail, agri-input.
Staff time and capacity
Booking, staff utilisation, commission payroll, packages, client records. Salon, spa, derma, dental, optical, vet, fitness.
Work travels to the customer
Dispatch, technician mobile, routing, job costing, SLA. Pest control, aircon cleaning, cleaning, home services.
Job orders against assets
Job order, parts inventory, estimates, warranty, bay scheduling. Auto service, lube, tyre, printing, device repair.
Cohorts and terms
Enrollment, tuition and installment billing, attendance, batch scheduling. Tutorial, review, training centres, driving schools.
The Readiness Audit maps how your network actually transacts before anyone quotes you anything.
Compliance
The software is compliant by design. You hold the registration and you file. Money never moves through our system, only past it — we integrate your gateway, and the gateway accepts payments.
We warrant that the software implements the functional requirements of the applicable BIR issuances as at the effective date.
We do not warrant that you will obtain accreditation or registration. That depends on your filings, your tax standing, and RDO discretion.
Under RMO 9-2021, each franchisee registers the system at its own RDO and receives its own Acknowledgement Certificate — even on shared servers running identical software.
Most franchisors do not know this. It changes implementation scope, so we ask about it before we quote.
The mandate under RR 11-2025, as extended to 31 December 2026 by RR 26-2025, covers e-commerce and internet transactions — a wide definition that expressly includes sale through digital platforms and food delivery — along with Large Taxpayers Service taxpayers, Large Taxpayers under the gross-sales test, and users of a CAS, CBA with e-invoicing, or other invoicing software.
The question worth asking yourself: do you sell or take payment online in any form — delivery apps, your own site, an online store, bookings with deposits? Having a POS is not the same as being covered, and paper invoices without transmission capability are not electronic invoices.
Regulatory position current as at August 2026. Your accountant should confirm your own coverage.
Pricing
Nobody should buy a platform from a vendor they have not tested. Each step qualifies you for the next.
Two weeks. You get a process map, a systems inventory, a compliance gap list, a prioritised roadmap, and a dated, cited EIS coverage determination against RR 11-2025.
It is paid because free proposals produce free-proposal-quality thinking. It is not a sales call and not a demo — you keep the document whether or not you buy, and the fee is credited against what you buy next.
For networks with 3 or more branches, a head office with someone accountable for operations, and a named internal project owner.

Ongoing capacity rather than a list of deliverables.
Per branch, because a network is what we serve. Annual prepay, with two months free. Priced by the archetype pack plus the franchise modules you actually use. Implementation is quoted separately and honestly, because it varies with how many of your branches are separately registered taxpayers.
We quote after the audit, because quoting before it would be guessing.
Who builds it
We have no client case studies to show you, because we have no clients yet. Saying otherwise would be the fastest way to lose the thing we are actually selling. What we have instead is a paid diagnostic: buy two weeks and judge the document.

Book an audit
If your network runs 3 or more branches and someone at head office is accountable for operations, the audit is the place to start. If it does not, say so — the Automation Sprint is the better door, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a platform.
